Terms & Booking Conditions

1. Provider and scope

These conditions apply to bookings and participation in workshops offered by ZuM Creativo GbR, Zeynep Gusinali and Mareike Mann, Krühgarten 11, 38228 Salzgitter, Germany.

2. Booking and conclusion of contract

During the booking process, selected places are reserved temporarily. A booking that has only been prepared or has not yet been paid does not create a right to participate.

The participation contract is concluded once payment has been completed successfully and the booking is recorded as confirmed by ZuM Creativo.

3. Prices and payment

The prices displayed on the website at the time of booking apply. Due to the German small-business regulation under § 19 UStG, VAT is not shown separately.

Payment is made using the payment method offered during checkout. PayPal is currently available as the payment service.

4. Children participating

Unless stated otherwise for a particular workshop, workshops are suitable for children aged 6 and above.

Each participating child must be accompanied by one participating adult. Workshop-specific safety and usage instructions must be followed.

5. Cancellation by participants

A booking may be cancelled free of charge no later than 7 calendar days before the start of the booked workshop.

For later cancellations, 40% of the booking price will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any remaining amount already paid will be refunded.

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, there is no entitlement to a refund.

Cancellations may be sent to zum.creativo@gmx.de. The time at which the cancellation is received is decisive.

6. Illness and goodwill

In the event of a short-notice cancellation due to documented illness, ZuM Creativo may, as a gesture of goodwill, offer a free transfer to another available workshop date. This does not create an entitlement to a free transfer or refund.

7. Cancellation by ZuM Creativo

ZuM Creativo may cancel a workshop, in particular due to illness, insufficient participant numbers or other circumstances that make proper performance impossible.

If ZuM Creativo cancels a workshop, the booking price already paid will be refunded in full. At the customer's request, the booking may instead be transferred to an available replacement date.

8. Workshop safety

Participants must follow all safety and usage instructions given during the workshop and use tools and materials only as intended.

9. Statutory right of withdrawal

Under § 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for certain services connected with leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

ZuM Creativo workshops are booked for specific dates. Our voluntary cancellation conditions nevertheless remain available as described above.

10. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
